Repairs
All crane repairs are performed by our inspectors and service technicians, each with a minimum of 8,000 hours of crane experience, in accordance with CSA requirements. We use OEM or engineered replacement parts as necessary. Repairs can often be completed during the inspection or scheduled at your convenience.
Maintenance
Slings, Rigging, and Underhook Device Inspections
- Pre-Use Inspections: Conducted by the operator before using the lifting equipment to ensure safe operation.
- Annual Inspections: These are mandatory and must be performed by qualified personnel. The inspections confirm that the equipment meets the minimum safety requirements and are properly logged and dated.
All slings must have a serial number or individual identification, along with dated inspection tags. We perform over 5,000 sling inspections per year. Each device is recorded in a detailed inventory and tagged with metal, label, or ID tags as required.
Upgrades
We offer structural and engineering upgrade services through our network of crane industry partners. Our team can modernize your existing systems with:
- Radio control conversions
- Travel or hoist upgrades to VFD (Variable Frequency Drive) controls
- PLC controls for larger crane systems
- Power feed modifications
- Replacement of outdated control or power components
